Mechanical processing

The mechanical machining department has employees with years of experience and expertise in steel machining. They work 24/7 in a 3-shift operation to complete single piece, small and medium series orders in mechanical machining on time. Workpieces from less than 1 kg to 10 tonnes can be mechanically machined here.

Drawing formats

The CNC programs of the machine tools are programmed using a TEBIS system. This enables us to work with all CAD formats such as Step, DXF and Iges files.

Machine Park

Machinery includes horizontal drilling machines, 3-axis and 5-axis machining centres, long-hole milling centres and grinding machines. The use of state-of-the-art machinery ensures compliance with specified tolerance values down to +/-0.01 mm and speeds up the entire production process.
