BÖHLER M261 is een via precipitatie hardbaar staal voor kunststofmatrijzen, die in zijn leveringstoestand – oplossingsgegloeid en verouderingsgehard – een zeer goede verspaanbaarheid vertoont. Door besparing van een bijkomende warmtebehandeling kan ook de doorlooptijd aanzienlijk worden ingekort.
